Description
This creamy chocolate pudding is a real insider tip for anyone who pays attention to a low-carb diet but still doesn't want to miss out on sweets. The avocado provides an incredibly creamy texture, while the cocoa powder gives the pudding an intense chocolate note. The chia seeds swell in the refrigerator and make the pudding nice and creamy. A dash of maple syrup provides the necessary sweetness. Perfect as a quick dessert or sweet snack in between. If you like, you can add a teaspoon of coconut oil to intensify the taste. An absolute must for chocolate lovers!
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

1 piece Avocado - very ripe

1 tbsp Maple syrup

3 tbsp Cocoa powder

150 ml Milk

2 tbsp Chia seeds
-
1 tbsp Coconut oil - optional
Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare ingredients
Halve the avocado and use a spoon to remove the pulp from the peel.
Prepare pudding
Add avocado, maple syrup, cocoa powder, milk and coconut oil (if used) to the mixing bowl and puree for 30 sec/speed 8.
Add chia seeds
Add the chia seeds to the mixing bowl and stir in for 10 sec/speed 3.
Cool
Pour the chocolate pudding into glasses and store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving so that the chia seeds can swell.
