Description

These crispy garlic potatoes are a delight that I often prepare at home. The combination of the tender potato inside and crispy on the outside, along with the taste of garlic and spices, makes them irresistible. It is a simple recipe, perfect to accompany any dish or as a tasty snack. The preparation is quick and the result is always a success. Go ahead and try them, you will love them! In addition, they are a very versatile and economical vegetarian option. Ideal to share in an informal meeting or simply to enjoy with the family.

  • 3 piece Medium potatoes with skin
  • Spices

Preparation (7 steps)

Wash and dry the potatoes

Wash 3 medium potatoes with skin well and dry them completely with a kitchen towel. It is important that they are well dried so that they cook evenly.

Cut the potatoes

Cut the potatoes into uniform slices approximately 4-5 mm thick. This can be done with a knife or with a mandoline for greater precision.

Season the potatoes

Place the potato slices in a bowl and season to taste with salt, a pinch of pepper and a drizzle of oil. Mix well so that all the potatoes are impregnated with the seasonings.

Preheat the microwave

Place the seasoned potatoes in a microwave-safe container. Preheat the microwave at maximum power for 5 minutes.

Cook the potatoes in the microwave

Cook the potatoes in the microwave at maximum power for 5 minutes. The potatoes should be half done, but not completely cooked.

Preheat the air fryer

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.

Cook the potatoes in the air fryer

Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy to taste. Open the fryer every 5 minutes and stir the potatoes so they cook evenly.
