Description

This recipe for fried king oyster mushrooms with avocado cream is a light and healthy main course. The king oyster mushrooms are fried in coconut oil and seasoned with thyme. The avocado cream is prepared in the Thermomix® and gives the dish a creamy note. Ideal for a quick and low-calorie meal.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 200 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Thyme, fresh or dried
  • 80 g Avocado
  • 1 piece Garlic clove
  • 1 Spritzer Lemon juice
  • Natural salt

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare king oyster mushrooms

Clean 200 g of king oyster mushrooms and halve or quarter them if necessary, depending on their size.

Fry king oyster mushrooms

Heat 1 teaspoon (5 g) of coconut oil in a pan. Fry the prepared 200 g of king oyster mushrooms in it until golden brown. Season with some natural salt and add 1 teaspoon of thyme, fresh or dried.

Prepare avocado cream

Put 80 g of avocado, 1 clove of garlic and 1 dash of lemon juice into the mixing bowl and puree for 15 sec./speed 5.

Arrange

Arrange the fried king oyster mushrooms on a plate and serve with the avocado cream.
