Description

This simple granola recipe is ideal for a healthy breakfast. With rolled oats, almonds, coconut oil and honey, it is quick to prepare and provides a delicious base for starting the day. Preparation takes only 30 minutes and yields 6 servings. Perfect for anyone who wants to bake their own muesli.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 300 g Rolled oats
  • 50 g Chia seeds
  • 100 g Flaked almonds
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Vanilla extract
  • 50 g Coconut oil
  • 1 pinch Honey
  • Vanilleextrakt
  • 100 g Kokosöl
  • 100 g Honig

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare rolled oats and almonds

Add 300 g rolled oats and 100 g flaked almonds to the mixing bowl.

Mix dry ingredients

Add a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of salt to the rolled oats and almonds in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Add liquid ingredients

Add 100 g coconut oil, 125 g honey and some vanilla extract to the mixing bowl.

Mix everything

Mix all ingredients for 20 sec./speed 4.

Bake granola

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Turn occasionally.

Use MilkiMizer (optional)

For a creamy consistency, add 200 ml oat milk to the mixing bowl. Attach the MilkiMizer and heat for 2 min./speed 3.5.
