Description

This recipe for juicy chicken fillet is a real all-rounder and super easy to prepare in the oven. I like to make it when I need something quick, but still want something hearty on the table. The onions give the chicken a great flavor and the vegetable broth ensures a juicy consistency. Perfect for a quick lunch or an uncomplicated dinner. If you like, you can serve some fresh vegetables with it. The dish is rich in protein and can be prepared well in advance. An absolute favorite recipe for the whole family!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 600 g Chicken breast fillet
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 piece Onions
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth

Preparation (6 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 160°C circulating air.

Prepare onions

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 5

Peel, quarter and place 3 onions in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Push down with the spatula.

Sauté onions

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Season chicken

Season 600g chicken breast fillet on both sides with salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika powder.

Prepare baking dish

Put the sautéed onions from the mixing bowl into a baking dish. Place the seasoned chicken breast fillet on top and brush with olive oil.

Add broth and cook

Add 200ml of vegetable broth to the baking dish and cook the chicken in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
