Description

This chocolate fondant is a real delight for cocoa lovers. Its soft texture and melting heart make it an irresistible dessert, perfect for special occasions or just for treating yourself. I often prepare it for birthdays or end-of-year celebrations, and it always causes a sensation. The combination of intense dark chocolate and thick fresh cream gives it an incomparable richness and smoothness. A real joy to share, preferably warm, with custard for the most gourmand!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 3 piece eggs
  • 50 cl thick fresh cream
  • 80 g flour
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 125 g chocolate
  • 20 g thick fresh cream
  • 20 g soft butter

Preparation (5 steps)

Dark chocolate and butter to melt

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/122°F/Speed 2, puis 20 sec/Speed 3 50

Put 200g of dark chocolate in pieces into the Thermomix bowl. Add a little water (about 50ml). Program 3 Min./50°C/Stufe 2. Then add 50g of soft butter and 50cl of thick fresh cream. Mix 20 Sek./Stufe 3.

Mixing the ingredients

Thermomix® Setting

Add 80g of flour, 120g of powdered sugar and 3 eggs to the Thermomix bowl. Mix 30 Sek./Stufe 4.

Baking the cake

Preheat the oven to 210°C. Pour the preparation into a non-stick mold. Bake at 210°C for 7 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180°C and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the oven.

Preparation of the topping

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/122°F/Speed 2, puis 15 sec/Speed 3 50

Put 125g of chocolate in pieces into the Thermomix bowl. Add a little water (about 30ml). Program 2 Min./50°C/Stufe 2. Then add 20g of soft butter and 20g of thick fresh cream. Mix 15 Sek./Stufe 3.

Coating and tasting

Once the cake is cooked, gently unmold it and coat it with the melted chocolate. Serve warm.
