Description

This simple chicken and vegetable dish is a complete meal made easy with the Thermomix®! Tender chicken breasts are baked alongside fresh green beans and quartered potatoes, all seasoned with a flavorful Italian-style dressing mix. It's a quick and healthy dinner option that's perfect for busy weeknights. I love how the potatoes get nice and soft, and the green beans retain a bit of crispness. Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for extra nutrients. This is a great way to get a balanced meal on the table with minimal effort!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 3 piece skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.75 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 4 piece red potatoes, quartered
  • 0.5 packet dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
  • 6 tablespoon butter

Preparation (4 steps)

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). This step is done outside of the Thermomix to prepare for baking.

Melt Butter

Thermomix® Setting

Place 6 tablespoons of butter into the Thermomix bowl and melt for 3 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.

Prepare Sheet Pan

Place 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts in the middle of a rimmed sheet pan. Add ¾ pound fresh green beans, trimmed, on one side and 4 red potatoes, quartered, on the other. Pour the melted butter from the Thermomix over everything and sprinkle with ½ (0.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake Chicken and Vegetables

Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 60 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
