Description
This classic waffle batter is a real all-rounder and is prepared in a flash in the Thermomix®. The preparation is very easy and is guaranteed to succeed. The waffles are wonderfully fluffy and taste great both warm and cold. I love to serve them with fresh fruit and powdered sugar. But also nut-nougat cream or a simple cherry jam go perfectly with it. The dough can also be wonderfully refined with cocoa or small pieces of apple. Perfect for a cozy weekend breakfast or as a sweet surprise in between!
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

125 g Sugar

1 Pck. Vanilla sugar

125 g Margarine
-
1 tsp Baking powder

250 g Flour
-
250 ml Milk
-
1 pinch Salt
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar
Add 3 eggs, 125 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 4.
Add margarine
Add 125 g margarine in pieces and mix for 30 sec./speed 3.
Add and mix remaining ingredients
Add 1 tsp baking powder, 250 g flour, 250 ml milk and 1 pinch of salt to the mixing bowl and mix for 1 min./speed 4.
Bake waffles
Bake the batter in portions in a greased waffle iron until golden brown. Do not use the Thermomix for this.
