Description
This chocolate bar mousse is a comforting and delicious dessert that will delight young and old alike. I have been making this recipe for years and it is always a success. The airy texture of the mousse contrasts wonderfully with the intense taste of the chocolate bars. It's perfect for a birthday party or just for a treat. Preparation is quick and easy, but you need to allow time to chill so the mousse sets up properly. Feel free to vary the pleasures by using other types of chocolate bars!
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

3 piece large egg whites

70 g milk
-
3 c à c unsweetened cocoa

5 piece chocolate bars (42g X 5)
Preparation (6 steps)
Preparation of the chocolate bars
Cut the 5 chocolate bars into pieces and place in the Thermomix bowl.
Melting the chocolate bars
Melt the cut chocolate bars for 5 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.
Addition of milk and cocoa
Add the milk and unsweetened cocoa to the bowl. Mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 3.
Whisking the egg whites
In another container, whisk the egg whites until very stiff.
Delicate incorporation of egg whites
Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Mix with a spatula so as not to break the whites.
Refrigeration
Divide the mousse into 4 ramekins and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
