Description
This morel cake is a festive cake that is ideal for special occasions. With a preparation time of about 70 minutes and a medium level of difficulty, it is a nice baking project. The main ingredients are eggs, sugar, oil and flour. The recipe yields a large portion of cake.

Preparation (5 steps)
Whisk eggs and sugar until frothy
Put eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl and whisk for 3 min./level 4 until frothy.
Add water and oil
Add 118 ml water and 118 ml oil to the mixing bowl and stir for 1 min./level 3.
Mix flour and baking powder and carefully fold in
Mix 25 dag flour and 1/2 pkg. baking powder, add to the mixing bowl and fold in for 1 min./level 2.
Whisk egg whites and fold in
Whisk egg whites in a separate bowl. Carefully fold the egg whites into the batter in the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./level 1.
Baking
Pour the batter into a suitable baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
