Description

This Brazilian chicken dish is a real delight, perfect for a Sunday lunch or a convivial dinner. I love preparing this dish because it is both simple and comforting. The chicken meat, tender and juicy, is infused with the aromas of white wine and spices. Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 300 g okra
  • 1 c. à s. salt or fine salt
  • 2 pinch pepper
  • 5 cl oil
  • 1 can peeled tomato
  • 150 g carrots
  • 150 g bacon
  • 2 piece onions
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 10 cl white wine
  • 6 piece chicken cutlets

Cut the chicken cutlets into strips. Sauté the chicken and bacon in a pan with oil and set aside. Finely chop the onions and garlic.
