Description

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 0.75 cup fresh corn kernels
  • 0.5 piece red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 cup diced red onion
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 0.125 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 piece green onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Add the minced garlic to the mixing bowl and cook for 1 minute/120°C/Speed 1.

Add Remaining Ingredients

Add the fresh lime juice, brown sugar, lime zest, and cayenne pepper to the mixing bowl. Cook for 30 seconds/100°C/Speed 1.
