Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 0.8 kg Minced meat
  • 3 piece Tomatoes
  • 3 piece Bell pepper (red and yellow)
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 400 g Buckwheat

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare vegetables

Wash tomatoes, bell peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Open the cans with kidney beans and chickpeas and drain.

Fry minced meat

Fry the minced meat in a separate pan with some oil until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper.

Sauté vegetables in the Thermomix
