Description

This banana tart with milk sweet is a delicious and easy to prepare dessert, perfect for any occasion! The combination of creamy milk sweet, fresh banana and the bitter touch of cocoa powder is simply irresistible. I often prepare it for birthdays and family reunions, it is always a success! The shortcrust pastry base gives it a crunchy touch that contrasts wonderfully with the softness of the filling. In addition, it can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator until serving time. Go ahead and try it, you will love it!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1 pack Shortcrust pastry
  • 2 piece Banana in slices
  • 1 cup Milk sweet
  • 150 gramos Whipped cream or Chantilly cream
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 container Port wine or Whisky

Preparation (7 steps)

1

Prepare the shortcrust pastry

Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a tart mold. Prick the base with a fork to prevent it from swelling during baking. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

2

Spread the base with milk sweet

Once the shortcrust pastry base is cold, spread it with the milk sweet. If desired, sprinkle with a little port wine or whisky (omit if it is for children).

3

Add the banana slices

Place the banana slices on the milk sweet, covering the entire surface.

4

Whip the cream
