Description

This carrot bell pepper curd spread is a vegetarian and healthy dip that is ideal as an appetizer or finger food. With a preparation time of only 20 minutes, it is quick and easy to prepare. The combination of carrots, bell peppers and fresh herbs makes it a light and low-calorie treat that is perfect for a balanced diet. It is designed for 6 servings.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 300 g Carrots
  • 1 Stk Bell pepper (red)
  • 300 g Curd
  • 1 container Crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp Chives (cut)
  • 3 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 Stk Garlic cloves (pressed)

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare carrots

Add 300 g carrots to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. If necessary, push down with the spatula and repeat the process until the desired fineness is achieved.

Prepare bell pepper

Add 1 piece bell pepper (red), cored and cut into coarse pieces, to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. If necessary, push down with the spatula and repeat the process until the desired fineness is achieved.

Prepare spread

20 sec/Speed 3

Add 300 g curd, 1 container crème fraîche, 3 tbsp chives (cut), 3 tbsp parsley (chopped) and 2 pieces garlic cloves (pressed) to the carrots and bell pepper in the mixing bowl. Mix everything for 20 sec./speed 3 until a homogeneous mass is created. If necessary, push down with the spatula and repeat the process.
