Description

These chocolate muesli nests are a real eye-catcher at any Easter brunch or as a sweet snack in between! The combination of crunchy muesli and bittersweet chocolate, filled with a refreshing yoghurt cream and fresh berries, is simply irresistible. I especially like to make them for Easter because they are so colorful and easy to prepare. The preparation is very easy and does not take long, but you should plan for the cooling time. If you don't like it quite so sweet, you can reduce the amount of icing sugar or use honey. An absolute favorite recipe that is well received by young and old!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 120 g dark couverture chocolate
  • 120 g Muesli
  • 10 tbsp Plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Icing sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • 120 g Berries (of your choice)

Preparation (5 steps)

Melt couverture chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Add 120 g dark couverture chocolate in pieces to the mixing bowl and melt for 5 min./50°C/speed 2.

Mix in muesli

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Linkslauf/Speed 2 Reverse

Leave the melted couverture chocolate in the mixing bowl. Add 120 g muesli and stir in for 20 sec./reverse/speed 2. Help with the spatula.

Form nests

Place the muesli-chocolate mixture with a spoon into 4 muffin molds and use the back of the spoon to form small nests. Then place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that the chocolate becomes firm.

Prepare yoghurt cream

Thermomix® Setting
15 sec/Speed 3

Put 10 tbsp plain yoghurt, 1 tbsp icing sugar and some lemon juice in the mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec./speed 3.

Fill and decorate nests

Fill the yoghurt cream into the cooled muesli nests and decorate with 120 g berries of your choice. Serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
