Description

This main course is a classic revisited with the Thermomix®. The chicken breast, cut into fillets and wrapped in a creamy sauce enriched by the sweet flavor of peas, is an explosion of taste. Preparing it is child's play and in less than half an hour you will have a delicious and nutritious dish. Perfect for a quick family dinner or a light but tasty lunch. I love it because it's a simple way to get even the little ones to eat vegetables! Try it, you won't regret it!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • Chicken breast
  • Peas
  • Whole milk
  • Onions
  • Extra virgin olive oil (EVO)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Curry

Preparation (7 steps)

Chicken preparation

Cut the chicken breast into fillets of the desired size and lightly flour them. Set aside.

Chop the onion

Peel an onion and put it in the bowl. Chop for 3 Sek./Stufe 5.

Sauté the onion

Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to the bowl and sauté the onion for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Cook the chicken

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add the floured chicken fillets to the bowl and cook for 2 Min./120°C/Stufe 1. Check that the chicken is browned.

Add the milk and peas

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/194°F/Speed 1 90

Add a little whole milk, curry, salt and black pepper to the bowl. Cook for 2 Min./90°C/Stufe 1.

Complete cooking

Thermomix® Setting
7 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add the peas to the bowl and cook for another 7 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Serve

Serve hot with the cream that has formed on the bottom of the bowl.
