Description

I love this simple garlic dip! It is super quick to prepare and doesn't require any egg. The base is milk, which, together with garlic, oil and mustard, becomes a creamy delicacy. Perfect for barbecues, as a dip for vegetables or simply as a spread. A splash of lemon juice provides the necessary freshness. If you like it a little spicier, you can add a pinch of chili. This dip is a real all-rounder and tastes simply delicious!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 Spritzer Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Preparation (2 steps)

Chop garlic

Put 3 cloves of garlic into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down the side with the spatula.

Prepare aioli

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/Speed 5

Add 100 ml milk (room temperature), 200 ml rapeseed oil or sunflower oil, salt, pepper, 1 tsp mustard and 1 splash of lemon juice to the garlic in the mixing bowl. Close the mixing bowl and mix for 1 min./speed 5, leaving the measuring cup on the lid.
