Description

These simple pancakes are a timeless classic, perfect for a delicious breakfast or an impromptu dessert. The recipe is quick and easy to make with the Thermomix®, making it an ideal option for busy mornings or sudden sweet cravings. I like to serve them with sugar, jam or melted chocolate. They are also delicious with fresh fruit and whipped cream. A real treat for the whole family! The dough can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

1 tbsp Oil
4 piece eggs
500 ml milk
250 g flour

Preparation (3 steps)

Preparation of the pancake batter

Thermomix® Setting

20 sec/Speed 4

In the Thermomix bowl, add 250 g of flour, 4 eggs and 500 ml of milk. Mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 4.

Resting the batter

Let the pancake batter rest for at least 10 minutes. This allows the flour to hydrate well and obtain lighter pancakes.

Cooking the pancakes

Preheat a lightly oiled crepe maker. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot crepe maker and cook for about 1 minute on each side, until golden brown. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
