Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 4 piece artichokes
  • 1 piece lemon
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 packet oil

Preparation (5 steps)

Preparation of the artichokes

Wash and cut the artichokes into slices. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the slices and rub to prevent them from oxidizing. Add a pinch of salt. Place the prepared artichokes in a container.

Preheat the container

Preheat the container for 5 minutes at 150°C. Meanwhile, prepare the artichokes on the tray.

Cook the artichokes

Place the artichokes on the hot tray. Insert the tray and program 10 minutes at 150°C. After 5 minutes, remove the tray and shake the artichokes so that they cook evenly.

Brown the artichokes

Re-insert the tray and raise the temperature to 180°C for 3 minutes to brown the artichokes. Shake the tray again before finishing.

Serve

Serve the fried artichokes with a drizzle of oil, a little salt and the juice of the other half of the lemon.
