Description
This fresh pea corn salad is an absolute must for the summer! It is super quick to prepare and tastes simply delicious. The combination of sweet peas, crunchy corn and savory mushrooms makes it a real taste experience. I often make it for barbecue parties or as a side dish for lunch. It is so simple that it always succeeds and is well received by everyone. If you like, you can add some fresh parsley or dill. A great vegetarian dish that is also inexpensive!
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

1 can Peas

1 can Corn
-
1 can Mushrooms
-
1 piece Onion(s)

5 tbsp Mayonnaise
Preparation (3 steps)
Chop onion
Put an onion into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. If necessary, push down with the spatula.
Prepare peas, corn and mushrooms
Drain a can of peas, a can of corn and a can of mushrooms. If necessary, cut the mushrooms into slices.
Mix salad
Put the drained peas, corn, mushrooms and chopped onion into a bowl. Add 5 tbsp mayonnaise and mix everything well together. Season with pepper.
Finished cooking? Great! 🎉
