Description

This recipe for grilled corn on the cobs is a simple and delicious side dish for any barbecue. The corn on the cobs are brushed with an aromatic herb butter and grilled on the barbecue until golden brown. The preparation only takes 30 minutes and is ideal for vegetarians. Perfect for summer!

  • 4 piece Corn on the cobs
  • 125 g Butter, soft
  • 1 bunch Parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare herb butter

Thermomix® Setting

Put 125 g soft butter, 1 bunch chopped parsley, 1 clove of garlic, pressed, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Transfer herb butter

Remove the herb butter from the mixing bowl and place in a bowl. Refrigerate until further use.

Prepare corn on the cobs

If necessary, remove the leaves from the corn on the cobs and remove the corn silks.

Brush corn on the cobs

Brush the corn on the cobs with the prepared herb butter.

Grill corn on the cobs

Grill the corn on the cobs on the barbecue for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly browned.

Serve

Serve the grilled corn on the cobs immediately.
