Ingredients (7 ingredients)

Wheat flour

Salt

Lard
-
to taste Cinnamon

5 g Yeast

250 g Milk

Butter
Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare yeast dough
Add milk, sugar and yeast to the mixing bowl and stir for 2 min 37 degrees speed 2. Add flour and butter, knead for 3 min.
Let the dough rise
Place the dough in a bowl and cover in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, until the volume has doubled. The Thermomix can be used to rise at 37°C.
Shape rolls
After rising, place the dough on a floured work surface and shape into the desired roll shape.
Prepare crust
Mix lard, some cinnamon and salt in a small bowl.
Brush rolls
Before baking, brush the shaped rolls with the lard mixture.
Bake
Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
