Description
Enjoy a creamy hot chocolate, prepared in the Thermomix®. This simple drink is ready in just 5 minutes and is ideal for cold winter days. The combination of milk, cocoa and vanilla provides a soothing pleasure. Perfect as a dessert or simply to warm you up.
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

200 g Milk

10 g Cocoa powder (unsweetened)

10 g Sugar
-
1 g Vanilla extract
Preparation (4 steps)
Add ingredients to the mixing bowl
Add 200 g milk, 10 g cocoa powder (unsweetened), 10 g sugar and 1 g vanilla extract to the mixing bowl.
Heating
Close the mixing bowl and heat the ingredients for 3 minutes at 70°C on level 2.
Create foam
After heating, leave the mixing bowl closed and mix the hot chocolate for 15 seconds on level 5 until a nice creamy foam forms.
Serve
Pour the hot chocolate into a cup. The foam settles on top and remains stable.
