Ingredients (13 ingredients)

50 g Butter

40 g Oil
-
10 g Milk

100 g Flour
-
80 g Sugar
-
1 tbsp Milk

2 piece Eggs

1 pinch Salt
-
1 tbsp Vanilla sugar

0.5 tsp Baking powder

1 tbsp Cocoa
-
3 tbsp Milk
-
30 g Chocolate sprinkles
Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare ingredients
Weigh out 50g of butter in pieces or 40 g oil and 10 g milk.
Prepare dough
Put 50g butter, 100g flour, 60-80g sugar, 1 tbsp milk, 2 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, ½ tsp baking powder into the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./speed 5, push down with the spatula and stir for 1 min./speed 4.
Divide dough
Grease molds and fill in 1 tbsp of the dough.
Add cocoa
Add 1 tbsp cocoa and 3 tbsp milk to the dough in the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3. Or: 30 g chocolate sprinkles without the 3 tbsp milk.
Cocoa dough
Put cocoa dough on the light dough in the molds. Marble with a fork.
Bake muffins
Place in the Varoma, fill 700 g water into the rinsed mixing bowl, put on the closed Varoma and steam for approx. 35 min./Varoma/speed 2. Or: Fill the dough into the muffin tins and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 20-25 minutes.
