Description

This pizza with marine and spicy flavors is a true taste journey! I love preparing this recipe for evenings with friends or for a special dinner. The dough, prepared with the Thermomix®, is incredibly soft and the filling, rich in seafood, chorizo and vegetables, is a delight. The red pepper brings a touch of warmth that blends perfectly with the freshness of the aromatic herbs. Allow about 3 hours of preparation, but the result is really worth it. Feel free to vary the seafood according to your preferences and the season. A real treat for lovers of bold and gourmet flavors!

  • 100 g Soft butter

  • 100 g Paris mushroom(s)
  • 300 g Squid(s)
  • 100 g Bouchot mussels
  • 1 c. à soupe Powder
  • 2 c. à soupe Tomato concentrate

  • Lemon juice
  • 1 c. à soupe Balsamic vinegar

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.7).

Preparation of the dough

Put 400 g of flour, 100 g of soft butter, 1 tbsp of powdered sugar, 1 tsp of baker's yeast, salt and pepper in the Thermomix bowl. Mix 2 Min./Stufe 3.

Knead the dough 3 Min./Knetstufe.

Resting the dough

Make a ball of this dough, put it in a cloth. Let it rest for 2 hours.

Preparation of vegetables

Slice 1 red pepper and 100 g of Paris mushrooms. Set aside.

Cooking mussels

Wash 100 g of bouchot mussels, put them in a saucepan with a small glass of water. Bring to a boil to open them. Then, once cooled, remove the flesh from their shells and set aside.

Preparation of the tomato sauce

In the Thermomix bowl, put 1 shallot and 2 cloves of garlic. Chop 3 Sek./Stufe 7. Add 1 tbsp of oil, 500 g of tomatoes cut into pieces, 1 tbsp of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp of powder, 2 tbsp of tomato concentrate, 1 sprig of thyme, 5 basil leaves, 5 sprigs of chives, 2 sprigs of parsley, 5 oregano leaves, salt and pepper. Cook 20 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Mix the tomato sauce

Mix the tomato sauce 30 Sek./Stufe 8. Set aside.

Cooking mushrooms

Thermomix® Setting
4 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

In the Thermomix bowl, put 1 tbsp of oil and the sliced mushrooms. Cook 4 Min./120°C/Stufe 1. Salt, pepper and set aside.

Poaching the squid

Poach 300 g of squid in lemon water for 15 min and drain them.

Cooking squid with garlic

Thermomix® Setting
15 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

In the Thermomix bowl, put 1 tbsp of olive oil and 2 crushed cloves of garlic. Cook 15 Min./120°C/Stufe 1. Salt lightly, pepper and finish by pouring 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar. Set aside.

Assembling the pizza

Spread parchment paper on the oven tray, place the dough on it after flattening it with a rolling pin. Then, using a brush, oil it lightly. Then cover it with tomato sauce.

Garnish the pizza

Then, on top, spread the pepper, 400 minced shrimp tails, 150 g of chorizo in successive layers and finish with the mushrooms. Sprinkle with pitted black olives and parmesan shavings.

Baking the pizza

Bake for 25 min.

Add the truffle oil

After baking, pour 4 tbsp of truffle oil on the pizza.
