Description

This dish is a hearty and quick meal for everyday life. The combination of ribbon noodles, aromatic king oyster mushrooms and spicy sausage is simply unbeatable. I like to make this recipe when I need something quick and still want something special on the table. The mushrooms and sausage give the dish a nice depth, while the fresh herbs provide a pleasant freshness. Perfect for a cozy evening at home! If you like, you can add some grated cheese on top.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 400 g Ribbon noodles
  • 350 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Sausages
  • 3 Stiel Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 400 g Chopped tomatoes
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop onion

Peel, quarter and add the onion to the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Add 2 tbsp olive oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare sauce

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add 1 tbsp tomato paste, 400 g chopped tomatoes and 150 ml vegetable broth to the mixing bowl. Simmer for 5 min./100°C/speed 1.

Season sauce

Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Wash the oregano, shake dry, pluck off the leaves, chop roughly and add to the sauce.
