Description
These tomato-mozzarella mini-burgers are a delicious finger food snack, ideal for parties or a brunch. With fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and basil, they are a Mediterranean delight. Preparation is quick and easy, perfect for an uncomplicated appetizer or as a small snack in between. The mini-burgers are vegetarian and offer a light alternative to hearty snacks.

1 pack Pizza rolls

0.5 pack Petrella Chives

0.5 Glas Pesto

2 Packungen Mozzarella

3 piece Tomatoes

12 piece Basil leaves
Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare tomatoes
Wash 3 large tomatoes. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and use the fine slicing disc to slice the tomatoes. Collect the sliced material.
Prepare pesto
Put 1/2 glass of pesto in a small bowl.
Prepare mozzarella
Slice 2 packs of mozzarella.
Prepare rolls
Pre-bake 1 pack of pizza rolls in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Top rolls
Spread the pre-baked pizza rolls with 1/2 pack of Petrella chives. Then top with tomato slices, mozzarella slices and 12 basil leaves.
Skewer mini-burgers
Put the topped mini-burgers on skewers and serve.
