Description
This creamy banana drink is a real treat and prepared in no time! I especially like to make it when I need something quick or I need a small, healthy meal. The banana provides a natural sweetness and, together with the yogurt and milk, the drink becomes wonderfully creamy. A hint of cinnamon rounds it off perfectly. Ideal for a quick breakfast, a delicious snack in between or as a refreshing drink on warm days. If you like, you can add a few ice cubes!
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

2 piece Bananas

300 ml Low fat milk

250 g Yogurt mild low fat

1 tbsp Honey
-
1 pinch Cinnamon
Preparation (3 steps)
Add ingredients to the mixing bowl
Add 2 peeled bananas, 300 ml low-fat milk, 250 g mild, low-fat yogurt, 1 tbsp honey and 1 pinch of cinnamon to the mixing bowl.
Mix everything
Mix all ingredients in the mixing bowl for 20 sec./speed 8 until a creamy shake is formed.
Serve
Divide the finished banana shake between two glasses and enjoy chilled immediately.
