Description

This is a dish that takes me back in time, when cooking was simple but full of flavor. Fettuccine with crunchy breadcrumbs are an explosion of taste and textures. The breadcrumbs, golden and fragrant, give an irresistible crispness, while the chili adds a touch of vivacity. Perfect for a quick and tasty dinner, these fettuccine are a tribute to Italian culinary tradition. Ideal for those looking for a vegetarian, economical and easy to prepare dish. Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 320 g Fettucce
  • 150 g Bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 piece Hot red pepper

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop parsley and chili

Put a bunch of fresh parsley and a hot red pepper in the bowl and chop for 5 Sec./Level 7.

Prepare the garlic

Remove the chopped mixture from the bowl and set aside. Insert a clove of garlic in the bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Level 7. Scrape down the sides.

Sauté the garlic

Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the chopped garlic in the bowl and sauté for 3 Min./120°C/Level 1.

Toast the bread crumbs

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/248°F/Speed 2 120

Add 150g of crumbled bread crumbs to the bowl and toast for 5 Min./120°C/Level 2. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Cook the pasta

In the meantime, cook 320g of fettuccine in abundant salted water. Drain 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking.

Stir the pasta

Pour the drained pasta into the bowl, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, the chopped parsley and chili, and finish cooking by adding a little pasta cooking water. Stir for 1 Min./100°C/Reverse rotation Level 1.

Serve the hot fettuccine with plenty of crunchy breadcrumbs.
