Description

These ham ground meat rolls are a hearty main course, ideal for festive occasions such as Christmas or New Year's Eve. The seasoned ground meat rolls are wrapped in back bacon and baked with a creamy sauce made from sweet and sour cream, gypsy sauce and chili sauce. The preparation time is about 60 minutes.

1 kg seasoned ground meat
4 packet back bacon
1 x sweet cream
1 x sour cream
1 ul bottle of gypsy sauce
1 Fl chili sauce or Mexico

Preparation (6 steps)

Season ground meat

Prepare 1 kg of seasoned ground meat.

Wrap ground meat in slices of ham

Wrap seasoned ground meat in 4 packets of back bacon and fix with toothpicks.

Prepare casserole dish

Place the ground meat rolls in a casserole dish.
