Description

This creamy pasta with smoked salmon is an absolute highlight for every fish lover! The preparation is very simple and quick, making it perfect for an uncomplicated lunch or dinner. The fresh dill harmonises wonderfully with the smoked salmon and creamy sauce. I like to make this pasta when I need something quick and still want to put something special on the table. A dash of vermouth gives the sauce a fine note. Simply delicious!

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 2 piece Shallot(s)
  • 20 g Butter
  • 200 ml Vermouth
  • 200 g Crème fraîche
  • 0.25 bunch Dill chopped

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop shallots

Peel the shallots, halve them and place them in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Add the smoked salmon in pieces and the chopped dill to the mixing bowl and stir in for 3 min./90°C/gentle stir setting/reverse.

1 min/176°F/Gentle stir speed/Linkslauf 80 Reverse

Add the crème fraîche to the mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper and stir in for 1 min./80°C/gentle stir setting/reverse.
