Description

I love this creamy salmon pasta recipe, it's a comforting and festive dish, perfect for winter evenings or a special dinner. Smoked salmon brings a delicate flavor and fresh cream, mixed with vodka and fresh herbs, creates a smooth and fragrant sauce. Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • to taste Salmon eggs
  • to taste Cavi'Art (algae-based eggs)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Chopped parsley
  • to taste Chopped chives
  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • 25 cl Fresh cream
  • 1 verre à alcool Vodka
  • 200 g Pasta

Preparation of the creamy sauce

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

In the Thermomix bowl, pour 25 cl of fresh cream, 1 shot glass of vodka, a pinch of salt and pepper. Also add chopped parsley and chopped chives. Mix everything for 20 Sek./Stufe 3.

Cooking the pasta

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Pour 1 liter of water into the Thermomix bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Program 10 Min./100°C/Stufe 1. Once the water is boiling, add 200g of pasta through the lid opening. Adjust the cooking time according to the instructions on the pasta package. For example, if the pasta requires 8 minutes of cooking, program 8 Min./100°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1.

Draining the pasta

Once cooked, drain the pasta using the cooking basket. Pour the drained pasta into a serving dish.

Mixing pasta and salmon

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Linkslauf Speed 2 Reverse

Add the drained pasta to the bowl containing the creamy sauce. Add 100g of smoked salmon cut into strips. Gently mix everything for 10 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 2.

Plating

Arrange the pasta on plates. Garnish with some salmon eggs and Cavi'Art for a festive touch.
