Description

This spicy Asian soup is a real treat for the palate and warms you from the inside out! I especially like to make it when it's cold outside. The combination of soy sauce, rice vinegar and Sambal Oelek provides the typical Asian taste. The recipe is super flexible - you can simply use the vegetables that you have on hand. Whether bamboo shoots, soybeans, baby corn or Chinese cabbage, everything fits wonderfully. And the best part: the preparation is very easy and quick with the Thermomix®!
